A similar number of survivors are mentally or physically disabled for life.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Technology: <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>NeoBreathe is a foot-operated resuscitator \u2013 it frees one hand of the operator from the task of pressing a bag. This freed hand when used to hold the mask (with both hands) is proven to reduce face-mask leakage by 50% and improve ventilation by 15-20%. The freed hand also allows more effective multi-tasking. When skilled manpower is short \u2013 this can make all the difference.
